We want you to be as cozy as possible, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. If your Oodie doesn't feel like a warm hug, we are here to help with a hassle-free return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Visit the Return Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and email address to start your request.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve your future lounging experience.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to your original Oodie packaging.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
